Titan Poker Players Continue to Rake in the Big Prizes

Winners continue to rack in the dough every month at Titan Poker and the month of May was no exception. The skillful players who played their way to some fantastic rewards have tasted sweet success on virtual felt, with many now on their way to test their skill on the physical felt in live events. Congratulations to all of these Titan Poker players who hail from around the world for their game playing excellence!

The month of May produced winners of some exciting online events, including the European Championship of Online Poker VI (ECOOP VI), and Satellites to the 2010 World Series of Poker. Just like in ECOOP VI Event number one, the $250,000 Guaranteed, Jonathan Spinks, AKA "FundMyMatiz" from the United Kingdom who pocketed $27,500 for his second place finish, another $12,000 for finishing fourth in event number three and $9,000 more for his fourth place finish in the Event number nine, the $150,000 RA!

Sweden’s Jonnie Sonelin who uses the player nickname "pokerwin2010" won a tidy sum of $5,000 for finishing in eighth place in the ECOOP VI Event number 1, then Kevin Lesportes of France who plays under the nickname "kevice72" won $7,000 for his ninth place finish in the ECOOP VI Event number seven, the $500,000 Guaranteed.

Another success story is that of Tom Smeets, or "TheSeS," from The Netherlands who took home $17,900 for placing third in the ECOOP VI Event number six, the $150,000 Guaranteed. Another winner was Finland’s Antti Karkkainen, who plays under the name "HannuKorva" who won a whopping $27,000 for finishing in second place in the ECOOP VI Event number three, the $200,000 Guaranteed Turbo. And in the same event, Adrian Constantin Marin, Titan player from Romania, whose player nickname is "Adrian900123" walked away with $16,000 for an impressive third place finish.

Titan Poker Winners in the Mini ECOOP VI included Romain "rominio2011" Chauvassagne from France who won $25,000 for a first place finish in the Friday $100,000 Guaranteed, plus another $5,000 for finishing in first place in the Mini ECOOP VI Event number nine, the $25,000 RA.  The UK was well represented by Dave Knight who plays as "BAACCHUS" on Titan Poker, who took down $35,000 for his impressive first place finish in the Mini ECOOP VI Event number three, the $175,000 Guaranteed. Then Lukasz Gorka from Poland, nicknamed "ricardoZZ," took home $2,300 for first place in the Mini ECOOP VI Event number two, the $10,000 Guaranteed.

May Winners at Titan Poker also included six players who will be advancing to the World Series of Poker to see how they stack up against the Pros. Hailing from France, David Simonnet, AKA "simouth," and Mathew Aked of the UK both won $25,000 WSOP Sit n Go Jackpot Executive packages. Other winners were Botswana’s Barry Bruce who plays as "Savuti," and Spain’s Raymond Stuwe who both won their $3,600 prize packages in Rebuy EXP Super Satellite tournaments.

Also heading to Las Vegas is Andrew Chen of Canada who plays under the nickname "achen," and Athanasios Ntalakas from Greece won their $13,000 prize packages to the WSOP Main Event for finishing first in the Main Event Super Satellite.
