Bodog Poker’s Fall Schedule is HOT-HOT-HOT

Summer may be almost over, but at Bodog Poker the tournament action for the fall season is hotter than ever. With more than 80 tournaments daily, in many poker variants with a wide range of buy-ins, there’s action for any bankroll or playing level. And for players whose luck has been running bad, Bodog has a ton of satellite and freeroll tournaments to get that bankroll going again!

At Bodog Poker, there are plenty of tournament options for players with a smaller bankroll. Besides the twice daily $500 freerolls, players can join a wide selection of regular tournaments by using their player points for the entry fee. Poker Points Tournaments either reward winners with real cash or tournament cash that can be used to buy into other events. Points can also be used to buy into some of the Qualifying tournaments offered by Bodog, like for the World Series of Poker, World Series of Poker Europe, and the World Poker Tour. Buy in for as little as $1 and have a chance to win your seat in tournaments that pay out thousands or even millions!

In fact, from now until October 3 you can qualify for the Bodog Poker Open V through daily satellites with buy-ins starting at $1+0.10. This year the BPO V will be played between two different series—the Contender Series and the Championship Series—so all Bodog Players can play in an event that best suits their bankroll. Both Series run from September 26 to October 3, with added money or guarantees on each of seven events.  Both end with a Main Event and prize pools of $15,000 and $200,000 guaranteed. The Championship Main Event will also award the winner a commemorative Championship watch!

The BPO IV Championship Series Finale drew out a field of 257 players, with MrElPaso winning the $36,447.50 first-place prize. The Contender Series Finale featured $2,500 in added prize money and drew 204 players. Online poker player “hitchchops” was able to best that field to pocket $3,268.10 for his first-place finish.

There is $3,100 in Bodog Poker Open V promotions open to everyone, but you will need a password to play in the Bodog Poker Open V Freeroll (with $1 rebuys).  The password is "pnbpo.”  Be sure to get your Bodog Poker Account, make a deposit and get ready to play on September 23rd at 22:35 GMT in the freeroll that awards 20 $55 BPO Satellite tickets.  And then on September 26th, at 17:35 GMT, you can play in a Bodog Poker Open V PokerNews Main Event Satellite ($5+.50) which will award four $500 BPO Main Event entries!

Multi-table tournaments are by far the most popular tournaments on the net and with buy-ins starting as low as $1, Bodog’s MTTs offer players a chance to spend a little to win a lot. Register for a tournament and watch the stakes grow as more players enter. Then do your best to outlast the other Bodog Poker players and walk away with the top prize.
Bodog Poker also offers up a nice selection of guaranteed tournaments every week. With these games, you know how much is at stake before you sit down to play. Get into the action with $500 to $100,000 weekly Guaranteed Prize Pool tournaments. On Sunday, September 19, the weekly $100,000 Guaranteed saw 603 players compete.  Bodog added $9,550 to the prize pool with Justin Lenhert taking down the $23,600 first-place prize.

Bodog’s guaranteed tournaments usually have direct buy-ins that range from $2 to $162, but there are also low cost qualifiers available for almost every guaranteed event. And if you’re successful enough, you can earn points for the weekly and monthly leaderboard prizes.

The Bodog Flight Club will still be awarding a lucky player a trip and seat into a major international poker event this fall. With most events featuring prize pools over a million dollars, for many this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity not to be missed. Players who win Bodog Flight Club packages instantly become a member of Team Bodog, complete with Bodog swag and articles written up about their progress so that friends and family can follow their results at home. A wide variety of daily qualifiers are available, with buy-ins starting as low as $1 or 100 Bodog Poker Points and topping out at $270 for the Semifinal.

Don’t let these fantastic opportunities pass you by. With so much great tournament action and one of the biggest overlays in the business, there’s no reason to play anywhere but Bodog Poker this fall.
