It's a world premiere - of a sort - wrapped around a 2009 Scott County, Indiana, Texas Holdem Poker Championship, perhaps aptly named as "Hitting the Nuts" and dubbed as a 'locally produced mockumentary which could mean, literally, anything. Written and directed by Joe Boyd, a teaching pastor (does prayer help at the poker table?); you'll find it at the Cincinnati Film Festival.

Should we ask what happened? Good ideas gone bad, perhaps good ideas with no capital behind them? Every business has its success stories and failures. This show apparently never made it off the ground but it would be interesting to see how they picked the audience and what type of questions were asked and who provided the questions to be asked. Poker is more than just a game - proven by the media that gears up for big events and the advertising that go into making the show happen.
