FreeRoll Roundup - November 16th-30th 2010

Almost everyone on the planet has heard of freerolls.  Almost everyone that plays poker also plays in FreeRolls and for good reason.  The first thing a FreeRoll does is allow you to get your feet wet in a game of poker that you may not know how to play and you pick up valuable tools in the mechanics of the game and how you feel personally about the game without it costing you any money.  Contrary to popular belief, Texas Holdem is not the favored pick of a lot of people - take that Chris Moneymaker!  The second thing a FreeRoll does is give you the opportunity to win real money by playing FreeRolls.

PokerWorks has teamed with the world’s biggest and greatest online poker sites to bring you a variety of FreeRolls to boost your bankroll.  Some of these FreeRolls have no restrictions or requirements, others require a new player account, or a deposit, or FPPs (frequent player points) as your buy-in.  And in order to play in these FreeRolls, you obviously need a player account with the online poker site - please sign up through PokerWorks, we appreciate your loyalty - and will be required to have a real money account.

Don't start grabbing your chest and calling the paramedics due to heart failure or anxiety pains.  In order to win money in a FreeRoll you need a real money account to prove you are old enough to play for real money and a place for the money you win to be awarded to.

Read on for the latest and greatest:

Party Poker has an incredible $50 FREE bonus for all of our new PokerWorks' visitors.  This is NOT a FreeRoll, it is an ongoing promotion that PokerWorks has with Party Poker.  It's very simple; download Party Poker, establish your new account, and BOOM, you have an instant $25 in your real money account; no deposit required.  You can start playing cash games immediately - or check out the FreeRolls Party Poker is offering.  As you play the other $25 will be released into your real money account.  Free money is hard to beat; just download Party Poker and start playing.

Full Tilt Poker’s $100K Depositors FreeRoll does not expire at the end of November but it's such a great FreeRoll that it needs to be listed.  Download Full Tilt Poker and make your first deposit to be eligible for this FreeRoll, and while you are doing this consider the fact that you receive 100% up to $600 deposit bonus when you use the Bonus Code PKRWORKS.  That is only one of the reasons to make Full Tilt Poker your poker room, once you become a Full Tilt player you'll discover a lot more.

PokerStars Caribbean Adventure FreeRolls are hot!  You need to have downloaded PokerStars, made a deposit, and earned 35 points in October to qualify for the Freeroll that starts on November 17th, but don't despair, you can still do that now and qualify to play in the December FreeRolls.  The top 10 finishers in the FreeRoll receive a $215 Step 4 Ticket and the PCA in January is one huge, poker playing vacation plan.  Make sure you qualify and give yourself the opportunity to win a seat.

Absolute Poker and UB Poker have a $1,500 FreeRoll series running that is exceptionally easy to qualify for, all you need is a new player account - UB Poker download - Absolute Poker download - and a deposit to qualify for the next two freerolls.  You will receive 100% up to $1,200 on your first deposit on both poker sites and there's a very easy way to play in both poker site's freerolls - read all about it here!

The Winner Poker and PokerWorks FreeRoll Series is running and you are invited to the race.  The next $2,500 FreeRoll kicks off on November 23.  It's ridiculously easy to qualify for; download Winner Poker and make a minimum $20 deposit (you can get 100% up to $500 - use the bonus code PWORKS), and earn 10 Winner Poker Points to use as your buy-in.  More information can be found here.

The Carbon Poker $500 FreeRoll
starts on November 24th - all US players are welcome - and the requirements are: Download Carbon Poker and make a minimum deposit of $10 (you can receive 200% up to $1000 on your first deposit with this download) and earn 50 VIP points to qualify.  Carbon Poker has a lot more going on than FreeRolls, join the poker room action and find out more.

Poker770 $2,770 FreeRolls
at PokerWorks have been running for quite some time but you need to get started if you're going to cash in some of the FREE money offered because time is running out with 2010 winding down.  The next FreeRoll starts on November 28th and requires a password to enter - you'll find it posted in the News Flash on PokerWorks on the day of the tournament.  No matter where you registered your account, if you don't have one, do it now by downloading Poker770, you are eligible to play as long as you make a minimum deposit and earn one point.  If you register a new account and elect not to deposit, you will still receive $7.70 FREE but the minimum deposit to play the FreeRoll is $20.

Titan Poker's next FreeRoll starts on November 29th and with $1,500 added to the prize pool you'll have a lot to shoot at.  This FreeRoll Series runs through the end of December and qualifying is easy; download Titan Poker, if you have already acquired your account through PokerWorks, you are eligible as long as you make a minimum deposit - $10 - and earn 100 points that will be used as your buy-in to the FreeRoll.  More information on the FreeRoll can be found here, and remember, Titan Poker has always been renowned for great customer support and action games.

That's it for the FreeRoll Roundup until December. While you're here at PokerWorks, take a look around, join the forum, enjoy our strategy articles (and get learned up), visit our Poker Wall (written by real people that play real poker), and come back often.
