Multi-Entry Tournaments at Full Tilt Poker

You now have an opportunity to make a big tournament score when you jump in the Multi-Entry Tournaments at Full Tilt Poker.  Like Rush Poker, Multi-Entry Tournaments are an exclusive, unique tournament format and can only be found at Full Tilt Poker. Sounds better than interesting doesn't it?  An opportunity to enter the same tournament multiple times, and never play against yourself could only fall into the 'awesome' category of online tournament poker.

In a nutshell, Rush Poker, Rebuy, and Knockout variants are part of the mix of Multi-Entry Tournaments, but look for the Big Little Tournament, you can enter it numerous times also and it starts on Sunday, January 30th, 2011, at 12:30 ET, and has a guaranteed $200K prize pool with an entry fee of $2 + $.20.  Be sure to check the full tournament schedule and see what qualifies as a Multi-Entry Tournament.

Now you're really curious about how the whole tournament can play down with you having multiple entries and never play more than one stack at a single table, right?  The concept is simple, yet ingenious, and will keep you in action.  To get started, when you open the Full Tilt Poker lobby, you'll see a new icon has been added to the ‘Tourney Types’ in the lower right - 'Multi-Entry' - be sure you are looking under 'Tournament' in the 'Browse' tab. Under the 'Favorites' tab, click on 'All' and 'Hold'em' in game choices, under 'Real Money' click on 'No Limit' and scroll until you find a tournament with the 'Multi-Entry' icon.

You know how to get there, here's how it works in the big picture of tournament play:
•    You've found the tournament you want to play in, and clicked the 'Register Now' button, you're given a choice on 'Number of Entries' and that's where you decide how many seats/chip stacks you want to take to war.

•    Once the tournament begins, everything proceeds as usual.  If you only bought one ticket to the dance and are eliminated, you can buy another entry into the tournament until the registration window closes.

•    If you have multiple seats in the tournament, you can click on 'Tourney Info' in the game you are playing and see what your current position is in all of your seats, or open the Tournament Lobby and check the 'Show My Entrants" box that's above the player list, and that will display only your entries for that tournament.

•    If you have more entries than there are tables in the tournament, two of your entries will merge together and the one that is being moved will merge with your entry with the smallest chip stack - combing them both into one stack.  When that happens, "MERGE" will flash on your avatar to let you know an entry merger has taken place. And a pop-up will appear at the merge table so all players seated will be informed that it has taken place.

The Multi-Entry Tournaments are a new concept, designed to give you maximum action and opportunities to advance your poker game and bankroll, and you'll find everything you want in poker action at Full Tilt Poker.  Full Tilt is player aware and continually working to improve the game of online poker with new, innovative ways to keep the game growing.
