Sex in the Fast Lane

Apparently Hubert Blackman came to Las Vegas to have a good time and after he summoned a dancer to his hotel room - while he was drunk - and a supposed lap dance and sex ensued, he filed suit. He charges the dancer only stayed for half an hour and was supposed to be there an hour and he wasn't capable of making an informed contract with the dancer.  It happened in Vegas, he filed in New York federal court, he wants a refund of the $275 he spent and $1.8M in damages and an order closing the dancer's place of employment.  Stop laughing!!!!!
