Poker legend Annie Duke joins Jesse Billauer - Life Rolls On founder - on Saturday, May 7th, in hosting "A Night of Poker" at Hustler Casino in Gardena, CA. Billauer's non-profit organization Life Rolls On Foundation (LRO), will benefit from the proceeds of the No Limit Texas Holdem Poker Tournament. LRO works to improve the quality of life for young people that are affected by spinal cord injury.
“Annie Duke is an icon in the poker community and to have her support for this event, along with the participation of so many of my friends, is truly an honor,” said Jesse Billauer, who also serves as the Life Rolls On’s Director of National Outreach. “I’m grateful to everyone who made this event possible, including the outstanding tournament team at Hustler Casino, because proceeds raised from the evening will fund LRO’s quality of life programs that push the boundaries of possibility for individuals living with paralysis.”
The No Limit Holdem Tournament winner will receive a player's seat valued at $10,000 to the World Series of Poker. There will be prizes for the players that make the final table of "A Night of poker" also and included in the unique items will be a two-hour private poker lesson with Annie Duke. All players receive a limited-edition tournament baseball cap and a t-shirt courtesy of Hurley and Power 106.
Look for celebrity guests and poker stars to attend "A Night Of Poker" - confirmed but not limited to: Among the celebrity guests playing in the tournament are Hawaii Five-O star Scott Caan, model Joanna Krupa, Grammy-award winner Jason Mraz, tennis star Mark Philippoussis, and actress Amy Smart.
