The 2011 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) sent chips flying through the virtual air at PokerStars on Sunday, September 4th, as three events played out with more than 17,000 online poker players looking for fame, action, and, of course, MONEY! With one day down and 22 to go, a new champion was crowned and six players have to be ecstatic as they locked up six-figure paydays.

Here's a short recap of the events:

Team PokerStars Pro Daniel "KidPoker" Negreanu was in action on Sunday and didn't survive a run-in with Tobia "PokerNoob999" Reinkemeier when his Aces took a fatal blow from Reinkemeier's pockets 10s - a 10 hit the river.

Ashley “DYBYDX” Mason is wearing the crown of the 2011 PokerStars WCOOP High Roller Champion.
