The $15,000 Carbon Poker League action continues as the weekly tournaments reward more and more players with league points and new Carbon Poker players take their positions in the league leaderboard. However, the Top 10 didn't change very much since last week which means anyone can still invade the leading positions especially with the big $15,000 Carbon Poker League VIP freeroll coming up.

Venko1982 won last week's $5.00+$1.00 ($100 added) Friday tournament scoring the first-place cash prize along with 30 league points. This was the first time Venko1982 collected points and he is now very close to the Top 10. You could be as well if you download Carbon Poker via PokerWorks, sign up and start playing the $15,000 Carbon Poker League tournaments.

xxMTVxx sits atop the leaderboard after collecting the first VIP freeroll honors, but with two VIP freerolls giving away many more points, the current leaderboard positions are far from over.

This is how $15,000 Carbon Poker League Leaderboard looks at the moment:

However, with more league tournaments and freerolls coming up, the leaderboard is sure to change. On Tuesday, November 29th, the weekly $3.00+$0.50 ($50 added) will take place rewarding more cash and league points while Friday, December 2nd tournament will give away double points.

Here's how league points are rewarded in $15,000 Carbon Poker League tournaments:

Still, the best way to storm into the player leaderboard is by playing the $15,000 Carbon Poker League VIP freeroll taking place next Thursday, December 1st. The free tournament will feature $1,000 added to the prize pool and reward the winner with 120 points. That's just enough to take the #1 position in the league leaderboard. Plus, the freeroll will give away way more points to the top 15 players than any other league event.

VIP freeroll points rewards to the top 15 players:
