The first of the two freerolls takes off Sunday, January 29th. You can enter this tournament by collecting 10 to 300 VIP points before the end of the qualification period – January 26th. The qualification requirements for the second freeroll are the same, the only difference being that the tournament takes place on February 26th and the qualification deadline is the 23rd of the same month.

Here's the freeroll schedule:

First $5,000 MaxStack Freeroll

  • Date: January 29th
  • Qualification: January 1st to January 26th

Second $5,000 MaxStack Freeroll

  • Date: February 26th
  • Qualification: January 30th to February 23rd

The amount of VIP points you collect during the qualification period will have a direct effect on your starting chip stack in the tournament – the more points you earn, the bigger your stack will be. For every 10 points in your account, Victor Chandler will give you 1,000 in starting chips. Since the minimum point requirement to play the $5,000 freeroll is 10 points, the smallest stack you can receive at the beginning of the tournament is 1,000.

However, the maximum amount of chips in your starting stack is limited to 30,000 which will be rewarded to every player with 300 and more points in their account. All players that play the freeroll will have at least 10 BBs to begin with as the blinds start at 50/100.
