Amended Complaint Response Extensions Received by FTP, PokerStars, and Absolute

Full Tilt Poker, Absolute Poker, and PokerStars “shall have until March 19, 2012, to answer or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint.” Three separate Stipulation and Orders were filed on February 8th, 2012, notifying of the extensions.

Numerous extensions have been granted due to new developments since the companies’ original response date of the amended black Friday indictment came and went on November 30th.

Full Tilt Poker's latest Stipulation and Order states:

“WHEREAS, Full Tilt is in settlement discussions with the United States and has requested additional time to answer or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint.”
