The 8th annual PokerStars World Blogger Championship of Online Poker (WBCOOP) starts tomorrow, February 23rd, hosting as many as 30 tournaments in less than two weeks with the final event scheduled on Sunday, March 4th.
Not only will the PokerStars WBCOOP reward the Best Blogger with a huge cash prize, it will also give away thousands in cash prizes, live tournament tickets as well as seats at some of the most prestigious PokerStars online events. A special $1,000 cash prize will also be rewarded to one user that excels as being the Best Live Tweeter.
The 2012 WBCOOP will culminate with a $5,000 Main Event, tickets to which will be given away in every single blogger event, plus the top finishers in each tournament will be rewarded with player leaderboard points. At the end of the championship, those who top the leaderboard will receive special prizes as well.
Here are the reasons to compete in the 2012 PokerStars WBCOOP:
- Each WBCOOP tournament will reward cash prizes as well tickets to PokerStars Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP). Plus, every player to cash in any WBCOOP tournament will receive a ticket to the $5,000 Main Event. There will also be a $5,000 cash prize given away to the Best Blogger, $1,000 will go to the Best Live Tweeter while even more prizes will be received by those to top the player leaderboard.
