This event was the first stud event on the WSOP Roster and was filled with, as usual, many well-known names. The final table alone had Chris Bjorin, Todd Brunson, Michael Mizrachi, Yarron Bendor, Xuan Liu, Brandon Shack-Harris, and Bonnie Rossi.

The event started with 622 runners that built a net prize pool of $839,700 of which $201.559 was reserved for the winner and the top 64 places were paid.
Congratulations to Cory Zeidman on taking down the gold and the cash!
