The PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) Main Event is the tournament that everyone wants to be in on, everyone can't wait for kick off, and everyone wants to win. That day was Sunday; it started with a field of 1,825 racing in the biggest online poker tournament of the year. Day 1 action finished 20 spots short of the money bubble - the leader of the pack was Mike "munchenHB" Telker.

Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier earned the lone WCOOP bracelet on Sunday when he topped the field in the 8-Game High-Roller event taking home $253,425.
