Phil Ivey has been in the news...a little more than usual as of late. He won almost $750,000 online in 48 hours and then news was released that the Nevada Supreme Court's ruling went against his ex-wife in the divorce case petition she filed 18 months ago. The latest news came from IveyPoker by way of announcing the latest addition to Team Ivey — Lucille Cailly.
The roster at Team Ivey now stands at 32 players, (including eight-time World Series of Poker gold bracelet winner, Phil Ivey), with Cailly's joining. Cailly has more than $1.5 million in live tournament winnings. Her runner-up finish to Mohsin Charania at the 2012 PokerStars and Monte-Carlo® Casino European Poker Tour Grand Final Main Event brought her a €1.05 million prize.
"I am really happy and honored to join such a great team, and I can't wait until IveyPoker launches," said Cailly in the press release. "I hope I can offer the community as much as it gave me. A très bientôt!"
Cailly also has two WSOP cashes and one World Poker Tour cash. The WSOP cashes were nearly $4,000 and the WPT cash was over $12,000.
