Nevada scores another first in the online poker landscape with the first legal, regulated real-money online poker tournament playing out on Sunday at UltimatePoker.com. Ultimate Poker's inaugural multi-table tournament had a $100 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000 with a 200-player cap; before the first hand was dealt on Sunday evening the event was full.
The top 27 players shared a total prize pool of $18,200 and "d4heals," took down first place for $4,173 and now is the only poker player in the world who can lay claim to being the first to win a tournament in Nevada's legalized online poker market AND also in the United States.

Sunday night also found a $1,000 guaranteed nightly tournament with a $50 buy-in bringing 75 players to the starting gate for a total prize pool of $3,412. "MikeyMillz" won this one and took home $1,091.
