The whole process of United States Full Tilt Poker players having their account balances repaid has been long and dark since Black Friday. PokerStars forfeited $547 million in August of 2012 in a settlement with the Department of Justice (DOJ) which allowed PokerStars to acquire Full Tilt Poker's assets. Included in the settlement: PokerStars admitted no wrongdoing in the alleged wire fraud, money laundering, bank fraud, and illegal gambling charges.
