Capturing Event #3 €5,300 Mixed Max No-Limit Hold'em was Frenchman Darko Stojanovic, who fought back from a three-to-one chip deficit to defeat Dan O'Brien.

Two players came back to fight it out on the final day — Stojanovic doubled on the second hand. Stojanovic called a raise from the big blind then check-raised when the flop came {3-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. O'Brien called to see the {2-Spades} on the turn, and Stojanovic went all-in for close to a pot-sized bet. O'Brien thought about it and then called showing the {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and Stojanovic's {3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} was in the lead. The {2-Diamonds} hit the river to give Stojanovic a full house; the match became pretty evenly chipped.

O'Brien fought back but only managed to pick up a handful of small pots and that was when Stojanovic bluffed him out of a big pot. Stojanovic moved all-in for 533,000 on a board of {9-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{2-Clubs}, a bet close to the size of the pot. O'Brien folded. Word is through the live stream (neither player showed their cards) that Stojanovic had moved all-in with {q-}{j-} and O'Brien folded {a-}{5-}.

The final hand came down with O'Brien defending his big blind and then check raising when the flop hit with the {4-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}. Stojanovic went all-in and O'Brien called.

O'Brien: {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Stojanovic: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}

Stojanovic's sevens held as the {j-Spades} turn and {8-Diamonds} river finished out board, and O'Brien was out in second place!

The top 10 finishers:

 1Darko Stojanovic
2Dan O'Brien€116,280
3Jason Mann€62,770
4Noah Schwartz€62,770

7Jake Schwartz€30,695
8Joe Kuether€30,695
9Ville Mattila€14,905

Stojanovic took his win in stride and said that he was headed to Disneyland - he promised his kids he would take them on Saturday. Perhaps another reason to celebrate was the gold bracelet and the €188,160.
