Doors close to NordicBet Players Outside of Nordic Countries

Starting January 2nd NordicBet players that are located outside of Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands will lose access to the NordicBet site according to an announcement on Wednesday, December 25th.

Players that will no longer be granted access to the site can go to Betsson and create an account — their funds will be automatically be transferred Betsson. February 2nd is the final date for players to withdraw their funds.

According to players that were affected by the announcement received the following email.

"As from the 2nd of January 2014, NordicBet will offer its sport and gaming services only to customers located in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Faroe Islands and will discontinue the gambling& gaming services for the rest of world countries.

Players not located in the Nordic Countries won’t be able to play on the site from 02/01/2014 onwards. However, these players will STILL be able to WITHDRAW their Poker, Casino & Bingo funds from their accounts at all times until 02/02/2014.

If you have POKER funds, please bear in mind that on the 30th of December your Poker funds will automatically be transferred to your Sportbook account and your Poker account will be closed.

Regarding the Sportbook funds, players will be able to withdraw their funds 30 days after their last bet has been settled."
