The 2015 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, Nevada, will present the 46th Annual WSOP from May 27th through July 14th at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino according to the latest announcement. The full schedule won't be announced until January but some dates have been firmed up as of Tuesday.

The Main Event will have three starting days and is set to kick off on Sunday, July 5th, and is scheduled for 10 consecutive days to determine the November Nine with that finalization date set for July 14th. Last year's $10 Million top prize is also the amount set for the 2015 Main Event winner. In 2014 Sweden's Martin Jacobson took home the second-biggest haul in Main Event history — Jamie Gold holds that claim after taking home $12 million in 2006.

The Millionaire Maker and Monster Stack events will be back in 2015 and mixed games are going to be part of the 2015 scheduling also according to WSOP Executive Director Ty Stewart.

"We believe the WSOP is uniquely able to deliver the big event with life-changing money for some and a life-experience for all," said Stewart. "We are going to proudly stage the kinds of events which draw players from all around the world while also staying true to our heritage of contesting all variants of poker.”

Confirmed starting dates for the 2015 festival:

Millionaire MakerJune 5/6$1,500 ($1 million guaranteed to winner)
Monster StackJune 12/13$1,500
Seniors ChampionshipJune 19$1,000
Ladies ChampionshipJune 25$10,000 (90% discount for ladies)
ONE DROP High RollerJune 28$111,111

The Colossus, a $565 buy-in tournament with a $5 million guaranteed prize pool, will start the poker festival. This exciting new event is a re-entry format and will feature two starting days with two separate starting flights on each day. Play begins with 5,000 in starting chips and blinds at 25/50. The buy-in is $565 and is expected to bring the crowds to the tables as it debuts with the lowest buy-in to a WSOP event in 35 years.

"Load up the entire gang - the home game, the spouse, whomever you know that enjoys the game," said Stewart. "The Colossus is going to feature a historic prize pool at this buy-in level and it can only happen at the World Series of Poker."

Get ready for nonstop action 24/7 as cash games, Sit N Go satellites, and tournaments will be running in the world's largest poker festival to bring the heat to the city that never sleeps. More information on the 2015 World Series of Poker can be found at the
