The Turbo Championship of Online Poker (TCOOP) is coming to your desktop as PokerStars presents the fourth edition of one of online poker's most popular events. The guaranteed prize pool of $15 million will be distributed over 50 different tournaments that start on January 22nd and run to February 1st, 2015.

Since 2012 the TCOOP has kicked off the new year at PokerStars and each year the record breaking guarantees are shattered! The 2015 edition of the TCOOP will bring back many of the tournaments you look forward to with a wide range of buy-ins! Both recreational and professional players look forward to the fast structure, game choices, and the guaranteed prize pools provided by PokerStars.

"[The] TCOOP is an awesome series because the tournaments are so quick and varied – you don’t have to be up all night to win some huge money, and the range of formats and game choices is so diverse. I haven't won one yet but will be giving it my best shot," Team PokerStars Pro Jake Cody said.

The 2 million guaranteed Main Event is the highlight of the series. Cards go in the air on February 1st at 15:30 ET. The Main Event buy-in is $700 and the winner will walk away with a first place prize of at least $300,000.

Other marquee events: The first event is a $27 buy-in $500,000 No Limit Hold'em 6-max tournament that starts on Thursday, January 22nd. TCOOP No Limit Hold'em Event #47 begins with a $2,100 buy-in and if you can make a run all the way to the final table, you'll be in for a big slice of the $1,250,000 guaranteed prize pool!

"I love how most of the events won't take more than a couple of hours to complete and they are perfect to play on a tablet," Team PokerStars Online Pro, Mickey Petersen said.

After cashing in 16 different TCOOP events in 2014, our bet is that Petersen knows what he's talking about when he says: "turbo tournaments require a different set of skills compared to other tournament series and provide constant action."
